How we are structured, and why medium density.
Three delivery divisions — medium density, multi-unit and high-end residential — share one commercial, design and HSEQ platform. A project is resourced from the division that matches its scale and typology, and governed by the same systems whichever division runs it.
Medium density is the typology Melbourne needs more of, and the one where general builders most often lose the programme.
The interfaces that decide an attached-housing project — party walls, fire separation, staged handover, service authority lead times — are the things we have built repeatable process around.
Geographically: Melbourne metropolitan and greater Victoria, concentrated across the eastern, south-eastern and northern suburbs, with regional work in Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley.
